They also offer many new accessories to make life more secure and convenient such as battery backup systems.

The most commonly sold garage door opener I sell is the liftmaster 3255 solid T rail chain drive garage door opener. It has a 1/2 hp ac motor with a 4 yr motor warranty. In over 29 years serving the Franklin TN area I have never saw a chamberlain motor break down.

When living quarters are above the garage, I suggest the liftmaster 8355 solid T rail 1/2hp belt drive garage door openers to my clients. They replaced the discontinued 3280. This model comes with a lifetime motor and belt warranty.

In some occasion clients want to save ceiling space or have high vaulted ceilings or maybe you have a high-lift garage door in your shop. Don't worry liftmaster has you covered. A few years back they introduced the 3800 wall mount residential jack shaft opener. However that model has now been discontinued, but has been replaced with a new and improved res. jack shaft opener, liftmaster 8500. It is direct drive with 800 newtons of force, and comes with a lifetime motor warranty.
